INVSDOUC UOM Conversions Error: APP-INV-05411 (Doc ID 305351.1)

Goal

There was an incorrect UOM (Unit of Measure) conversion that was previously created. Upon trying to change this in the Conversions form (INVSDOUC), you receive warning message:

MESSAGE
APP-INV-05411 – Changing conversions that have been used in transactions may cause severe data corruption. Please make certain that this conversion has not been used before accepting changes.

STEPS
1. Go to: Inventory
2. Navigate to: Setup > Unit of Measure > Conversions
3. Input UOM
4. Try to change conversion, get error.
