Symptoms

When attempting to upload data from Web ADI Excel file, the following error occurs as the "Reversal Period/Date", "Reverse Journal" fields from the layout are positioned inside the "Lines" section instead of "Header".

Error processing upload document: A start element must be written before an attribute


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to "Desktop Integration -> Define Layout";
2. In the "Select Integrator" widnow, select the seeded integrator "General Ledger - Journals" and press "Go" button;
3. In the "Select Layout" window, select the seeded layout "Functional Actuals - Single" and press "Update" button;
4. In the "Update Layout" window, press on "Next" button;
5. In the "Update Layout - Required Fields" window, make sure to select "Reversal Period/Date" and place it into "Lines" section, then press on "Apply" button;
6. Go to "Desktop Integration -> Create document";
7. In the "Parameters" window, select a "General Ledger - Journals" with "Functional Actuals - Single" then press on "Create document" button;
8. Save the Web ADI Excel file and then open it;
9. Enter the mandatory fields along with the "Reversal Period/Date" and press on "Upload" button;
10. Notice the error messsage.
