PARGDR: PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for a Range of Projects
Symptoms
A Billing Extension is being used to calculate the revenues. Adjusting events are created through the Extension and some events are partially adjusting other events.
Once the flow completes, the users report corruption created by the 'PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for a Range of Projects' program. Corrupted events are spotted where duplicate draft revenues are created. Some draft revenues may not include distribution details. Some data does not process to General Ledger.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use a Billing Extension to calculate revenues
2. Include adjustments of events in the process
3. Using a Project Billing responsibility > View > Requests > Submit a new request > Run the concurrent program: 'PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for a Range of Projects'
4. Create Accounting and transfer the data to General Ledger
5. Review the outcome > Observe some draft revenues duplicate, some are missing distribution lines and the events are only partially transferred to General Ledger
Changes
