Customer Form : Customer Site Details Are Not Refreshed after Some Updates Done on Sites

Symptoms
Searching customer using Account Number > Click on Account Details > Go to Site Details > Information is correct.
Then when search for another customer and perform the same steps, Account Sites details are from previous customer.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Customers > Query Customer
1. Click on Account Details > Site Details
2. Update Site Details > Save >Apply
3. Query another Customer >Click on Account Details > Site Details > Results are from previous customer
