Symptoms
Getting error while trying to update My Oracle Support (MOS) Credential in Oracle Application Manager (OAM).
The error occurs only for one account, Whereas updating the credentials for any other user/account works without any errors.

The below error can be found while trying to update MOS credentials on the application:
Validation Error. Please check the indicated fields below.
Unable to connect to My Oracle Support. Please enter a valid My Oracle Support userid and password. Please also check if the Web Proxy Setup information is correct.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Oracle Applications Manager.
2. On the Application Dashboard Setup, click on My Oracle Support Credentials link.
3. Update My Oracle Support Credential.
4. Enter in username and password for the account having issues.
