MSCA Auto Reconnect Doesn't Work When Non English Language is Used (Doc ID 3059019.1)

Symptoms

The functionality allowing automatic reconnection of the application MSCA following network loss doesn't work.

The application remains stuck on the page without the possibility of reconnection:

"The application has disconnected due to a network connection disturbance. Attempting to reconnect to the session automatically Connection attempt 1 of 5"

The above error can be seen in [port]system.log.
