Symptoms
When downloading files through Report Job History replaces space character with '%20' in filenames.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Schedule a Report Job in OAS 7.6
2. Navigate to Report Job History Page
3. Open the Report Job that was scheduled in Step 1
4. In the Output & Delivery Table, click the Output Name (e.g. Output1)
5. An output of the report job (Report_name.xdo) is downloaded in the browser but the file that is expected to have a space was replaced by '%20'.
