Auto Invoice Import Failling for Project Credit Memo - Error: All enabled segments of Transaction Flexfield must have a value (Doc ID 3059293.1)

Symptoms

Project Credit Memo is rejected by Auto Invoice Import Program with error in the program's output. 

ERROR
 Errors: 1) All enabled segments of Transaction Flexfield must have a value ( xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx )

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Projects responsibility;
2. Run Auto Invoice Import Program > View the output: AutoInvoice Execution Report;
3. Observe the error
