Interface Trip Stop errors with the following error :

Replication Steps:
1. Goto Order Management > Shipping > Shipping Transactions.
2. Query the related order.
3. Choose the delivery tab.
4. Choose ship confirm.
5. Monitor for the Interface trip stop concurrent program to complete.
6. The Interface trip stop completes in error noted.
