CLM Award Modification Not Allowing Funding To Be Added To New Schedules

Symptoms
CLM Modification is not allowing funding to be added to new Schedules. When the user attempts to select a Schedule on the New Funding screen, the system will always default back to Schedule 1.
STEPS
1. Navigate to Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Purchasing Super User Responsibility -> Buyer Work Center -> Awards.
2. Create an award with an option line with multiple schedules.
3. Approve the award.
4. Create modification for the above award and exercise the above option line.
5. Select pencil to go into details and attempt to fund additional schedules.
6. Click 'Funding Source' button from Update Lines page.
7. Click Yes on 'You must save your changes before continuing. Do you want to save now'.
8. Update Distributions page opens and shows schedule as 1.
9. Select schedule number other than 1 from 'Search and Select: Schedule' LoV, and return to Update Distributions page.
11. Schedule number keeps re-defaulting to 1, and unable to change the value for the Schedule.
