Symptoms

Problem Statement
When Transaction Lines button click on Inter-organization Transfer, below error occur.

Error
ORA-01403: no data found
FRM-40735: WHEN-NEW-BLOCK-INSTANCE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502

Steps to Reproduce

  1. (N)Inventory > Transactions > Inter-organization Transfer
  2. Select organization
  3. Enter Date, To Org, Type : Direct Org Transfer
  4. Click Transaction Line button
