Unable To Delete ICD Contribution (Doc ID 3061552.1)

Symptoms

In ICD Page - when an employee attempts to delete the element, and enters any date, the following error occurs:

'Please select an End Date which is after the Effective From Date'.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Employee Self Service > Individual Compensation Distribution (ICD).
2. When selecting the 'Delete' icon for an entry, the user is presented with a date field for when they would like the element to be end dated.
3. No matter what date is selected, the above error is generated.
