Symptoms

After Migrating From 12c to OAS, below error is triggered when running reports:

The report cannot be rendered because of an error, please contact the administrator.

Not able to find data source with name:<Data Source>
Could not get data source connection for: <Data Source>

Steps:

1. Run any report from Catalog after migration from 12c to OAS.
