Symptoms

In Person Data Removal Tool, while running Check Constraint for an Employee, below Error is encountered.

ERROR

Human Resource: This person has employment record within statutory reporting (or) retention period. Wait for the statutory reporting (or) retention period to end

Steps for Issue Simulation

1. Navigate to System Administrator Responsibility

2. Go to Profile -> System

3. Query Profile: HR Record Retention Period in Months

4. Set it at "12" at Site Level

5. Navigate to Person Data Removal -> Add HR

6. Query an Employee whose Final Termination Date has passed more than 12 months

7. Select the Employee -> Go

8. In Person Data Removal Page, select Action: Check Constraint

9. Select the Employee -> Go

10. The Check Constraint Completes with Error Exist

11. Click on Details in Constraints column.
