Last updated on DECEMBER 09, 2024
Applies to:
Oracle Lease and Finance Management - Version 12.2.10 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
When trying to enter a read for the evergreen billing period, the following warning is received:
"(1)Meter Reads cannot be greater than the Usage End Date 18-AUG-2024".
The expectation is that usage should have been extended when the contract rolls into evergreen status so this warning seems incorrect.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Using lease super user responsibility, author a contract with usage and an end date in the past.
2. Contract should be evergreen eligible.
3. Book the contract.
4. Run the terminate expired contracts job for this to roll the contract over to evergreen status.
5. Perform Meter read during the evergreen period and the warning is received.
