Error When Submitting an Absence for Approval Only In Canadian French Language (FRC) (Doc ID 3062871.1)

Symptoms

When logged into EBS with Canadian French language, and when submitting an absence for approval from Employee Self-Service Absence Management function, receiving the following error:

Error in Canadian French:
 Une configuration non valide a été détectée pour le type de transaction courant dans la gestion des approbations. Veuillez communiquer avec votre administrateur de système.

English Translation:
An invalid configuration has been detected for the current transaction type in Approval Management. Please contact your system administrator.

Please note that there is no error when submitting absence from the English language.


The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Log into EBS application with Canadian French language.
2. Navigate to Employee Self Service responsibility.
3. Click into the Absence Management function.
4. Enter an absence.
5. Click on Submit.
     - See above error.

Alternately, the issue can be seen when running a real-time transaction test:
1. To do this, navigate to a user who has access to the 'Approvals Management Business Analyst' responsibility,
    and who also has the role 'UMX|AME_BUS_ANALYST' allocated to their user under the 'Approvals Management Business Analyst' responsibility.
2. Find Transaction Type in question and go to the "Setup" icon on the right side of the screen.
3. Go to Test Workbench tab at top center.
4. Click on Real Transaction Test (right side top).
5. Enter Transaction ID that errored.
    Should see an error here if the issue is present.
