Find error in Create Idea in Idea Management Product Hub Flow for Multi-Row UDA R12.2.12

Expecting more specific error message.

Error
1. Select a valid value

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility: Development Manager > Change Management > Idea Management > Create Idea
2. Click on continue button and Provide the values for Description and Priority fields.

          Add new row to multi row AG

          Simulate error scenario(invalid value for LOV field).

 3. Non specific error message is seen.

• Page will show "Select a valid value" which is not specific.
• In 12.2.5, it used to show the field name where the invalid value is seen. E.g., "ECN Number 1 - Select a valid value"
