Symptoms

On attempting any of the following in Projects or Payroll:

Create Projects expenditures via WebADI Entry in Excel
Create a Project Budget via WebADI in Excel
Open a Project in MS Projects
Create a Batch using BEE Spreadsheet Interface with Spreadsheet Version = Excel

The following error happens in Microsoft Office 2003+:

Run-time error '1004'
Method 'VBProject' of object '_Workbook' failed
