Running Rapid Clone: adcfgclone.pl dbTier hangs at 0% (Doc ID 311337.1)

When configuring the DB Tier on the Target system, adcfgclone.pl appears to hang at 0%

$ perl ./adcfgclone.pl dbTier

Running Rapid Clone with command:
        perl ./adclone.pl java=./../jre/1.3.1 mode=apply stage=<$ORACLE_HOME>/appsutil/clone/bin/./.. component=dbTier method=CUSTOM dbctxtg=<$ORACLE_HOME>/appsutil/<CONTEXT_NAME>.xml  showProgress contextValidated=true

<DIR>/oraInst.loc points to an Inventory that does not exist:
        <DIR>/oraInventory
Inventory Directory created...
Beginning database tier Apply - <Date>
Log file located at $ORACLE_HOME/appsutil/log/$CONTEXT_NAME/ApplyDBTier_nnnnnn.log

 /                 0% completed

 

 

On checking the above log files you see the following:-
