Incorrect Coverage Start Dates for Plans Requiring Dependent Designations (Doc ID 311617.1)

Symptoms

The Coverage Start date for an employee's medical plan reflects the date that they completed in Self-Service Benefits (24-JAN-20XX) rather than their hire date (13-JAN-20XX).

The coverage dates for another plan's coverage is correct as are the coverage dates for the employee's covered dependents.
