FORM:GLXJEENT.FMB - Enter Journals/Encumbrances
FORM:GLXJEPST.FMB - Post Journals

Symptoms

When performing the following:

Navigation: Journals > Post (GLXJEPST)
Query up a batch from the find journal batch window
Select batch to review by checking box to left of the batch row

Navigation: Journals > Post (GLXJEPST)
Select Review batch Button
The application redirects to the Enter Journal form (GLXJEENT)
After reviewing the batch click POST Button

Receive the following error:
FRM-40501:ORACLE ERROR: unable to reserve record for update or delete
