Symptoms
Problem with Item Attachments..
1) Create a new Blanket Purchase Agreement ( BPA) , save the BPA, the attachments are there.
Approve the BPA, the attachments are no longer there.
2) Create a new Release for the part on the newly created BPA.
When saved, the attachments are there.
Again, Once approved, the attachments do not show.
