Unable to change Output Currency on Element Description form (Doc ID 331060.1)

Problem Statement:

Output Currency can not be changed to another value, it keeps reverting back to the default value.

Scenario:

Business Group Currency: RMB.
Element Description form displays:

Change Output to RMB, but it reverted back to CNY when any Primary Classification except Information is input.
