Symptoms
Payroll Actions Not Processed Report shows that QuickPrepayments were not processed in Payroll Archive.
Payroll Archive was run AFTER QuickPrepayments.
Payroll and Assignment Processes view indicates that the QuickPrepayments were
archived therefore should not be in the report.
