Symptoms

Setup has been completed to process Enhanced Retropay, but no results are coming from the process


Steps to Recreate

  1. Created retroactive element entries
  2. Processes and reports >Retro-Notifications Report (Enhanced) - PDF
  3. No results were produced for retro processing.
