Symptoms

Find transactions stuck in the transaction open interface (MTI / MTL_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE) with the following error code and error explanation.

ERROR_CODE
Invalid item

ERROR_EXPLANATION
Inventory item ID is invalid or does not have the flags enabled correctly to be processed by material processor

STEPS
Go to Inventory Responsibility -> Transactions -> Transaction Open Interface Form
Query the transactions
The transactions show with the error.
