Symptoms

Relevancy Checked - 08-MAR-2011

While attempting to update any assignment information for any employee, the following errors are observed:

ORA-01403: no data found
FRM-40735: WHEN-VALIDATE-RECORD trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502.



STEPS

> People > Enter and Maintain
> Query Person > [Assignment]
> Statutory Information Tab
> Change a Value > Save

This seems to be only happening for responsibilities attached to US legislation.
Responsibilities attached to Canadian legislation appear to be working fine.

Changes

Upgrade from 11.5.8 to 11.5.10;  this functionality was working previously on 11.5.8 HR FP C
