Symptoms

Submit the Concurrent Request "Purge Obsolete Workflow Runtime Data"  with input parameters as shown below :-

The concurrent request completes  with error  and the log file shows:

Changes

Submit the Concurrent Request "Purge Obsolete Workflow Runtime Data. Then abort the Concurrent Request  not allowing the request to complete due to any reason , for example, the request is taking inordinate amount of time.  Then submit the Concurrent Request again.
