ORA-06502 And LPX-00210 Errors When Trying To Refresh BIS Materialized View (Doc ID 336165.1)

Symptoms

When performing the Initial Load for Supply Chain Intelligence - the process calls BIS Materialized View Refresh Program for several functions

Daily Business Intelligence Administrator (Responsibility) > Daily Processing > Run > Request Set > OGIO Initial Request Set
-- note: OGIO Initial Request Set is a customer defined name per normal

Error occurred:
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error
LPX-00210: expected '<' instead of 'n'

This can happen for any index, the first encountered will cause the program to fail.Key feature is the error LPX-00210
