ConcurrentProgram:RB_GEN - Generate Run Balances
ConcurrentProgram:US_ROLLBACK_PROCESS - Rollback US Payroll Process

Goal

Find one or more Generate Run Balance processes with a status that indicates they are still running.

Process can not be found in the concurrent manager.  

  1. Navigate:    Payroll Process Results
  2. Query the GENERATE RUN BALANCE process  (using the date of 31-Dec-4712)


How can the 'orphan' process entries be removed?
