RGRARG FSG Report Errors with Signal 11 (Doc ID 338111.1)

Symptoms

In both 11i and R12 versions of FSG, FSG Reports may error out with signal 11 errors. This report is erroring and will not produce the needed report for closing due to this error.
This is only occurring for one FSG and one Period. This is also only occurring when a particular segment override is used during run time.

RGRARG log file shows the following:

showing warnings and the error message:
Warning : there is more than one row assignments for row sequence: <row sequence value>
Program was terminated by signal 11
