Symptoms

Using release 11.5.9, the patch 3697659 UNEXPECTED ERROR WHEN RESPONDING TO MORE INFORMATION FUNCTIONALITY has been applied and now the requisitions are moving to status 'IN PROCESS' and the following error is being encountered:

STEPS
-------------------
1. Create a requisition using the iProcurement and submit for approval.
2. The requisition will remain IN PROCESS and an error is encountered during the approval process.

A notification is sent to the System Administrator - with the full error message listed.
