Goal

A new feature in 11.5.10 provides the ability to retry errored workflow activities in batch mode.

Currently the existing Exception Management functionality in Order
Management only allows one errored workflow to be retried at a time.
This functionality is available only from the Sales Orders/Quick Sales Orders forms.

The patch 4420026 introduces two major enhancements to the existing Exception
Management functionality.

1) Retrying more than one workflow across orders in the batch mode. This is
useful in situations where a large number of workflows go into error.
An example of such a scenario is explained in the <Bug 4059994>.

2) When a Ship Line activity errors out after the line is progressed and has a
corresponding closed delivery detail, then retrying the ship activity with
the existing Exception Management functionality will always fail and the
line can not be interfaced though ITS. With this enhancement, the ship
line activity will be updated to the Notified status instead of retrying.

This patch introduces a new concurrent program called:
      Retry Activities in Error.
This program allows the retry of workflow activities in error in batchmode.
It can be run in two modes:
a) PREVIEW
b) EXECUTE
The Preview mode is the default mode and gives a report of errored activities along
with the errors. The Preview mode never executes the errored flow.
The Execute mode actually retries the errored flows.

The "Retry Activities in Error" runs errored flows across organizations. It
doesn't depend upon the submitting responsibility or user.
The program supports retrying the errored activities from the following workflow item types:
==> OM Order Header
==> OM Order Line
==> OM Negotiation Header
==> OM Blanket Header
==> OM Order Import
==> OM Send Acknowledgement
==> OM Show Sales Order
==> OM EDI Workflow
==> OM Change Order
==> OM Open Interface tracking
==> OM Error

The "Retry Activities in Error" concurrent program is incompatible with the
following other concurrent programs:
  a) Retry Activities in Error - Cannot run two instances of this program at the same time.
  b) Schedule Orders
  c) Reserve Orders
  d) Re-Schedule Ship Sets
