Symptoms
When trying to release in WIP a pending production batch, user is presented with following error:
APP-FND-01934: Event Name: oracle.apps.gme.batch.release, Event Key: 415 - The value oracle.apps.gme.batch.erecords for parameter PARENT_EVENT_NAME is invalid in Package EDR_ERES_EVENT_PUB Procedure VALIDATE_PAYLOAD
Also, for an existing WIP batch, when trying to save any changes made on the batch, user is presented with the same error.
