Symptoms
When attempting to run the Fill Employee Hierarchy Program the following error occurs.
Fill employee hierarchy request ora-01436
Action: Assigned a position to the employee.
APP-PO-14222: Position 21559 under superior 21543 not assigned
Cause: An employee is not assigned to one or more of the positions listed in the message.
Action: Assigned a position to the employee.
Concurrent program POFEH returned error
Cause: POFEH encountered an internal error. Parameters: POCFH,
Action: Note both this error number and the actions you are trying to
perform. Contact your system administrator for a
POFEH-130: ORA-01436: CONNECT BY loop in user data
