How Language Initialization Works With Single Sign-On Login

When logging in to Apps using
http://[host name].[domain name]:[HTTP port]/OA_HTML/AppsLocalLogin.jsp
you can change your session language before logon.
After implementation of Single Sign-On according to Note 233436.1, the following link is used for user login:
http://[host name].[domain name]:[HTTP port]/oa_servlets/AppsLogin
This URL takes you to the Self-Service Web Application using your language
setting from your Windows regional settings and it will be the 'Current Session Language'.
