Goal

When logging in to Apps using

http://<HOSTNAME>.<DOMAIN>:<PORT>/OA_HTML/AppsLocalLogin.jsp
 you can change your session language before logon.

After implementation of Single Sign-On according to Note 233436.1, the following link is used for user login:
http://<HOSTNAME>.<DOMAIN>:<PORT>/oa_servlets/AppsLogin
This URL takes you to the Self-Service Web Application using your language
setting from your Windows regional settings and it will be the 'Current Session Language'.
