Symptoms

RMA  line is stuck in a Workflow loop with Invoice Interface Line -Deferred.  It is checking every 12 hours and comes back as Invoice Interface Eligible, but never completes. The line on the Sales Order is at Fulfilled status. The following error occurs.

Process message is Cust_Trx_Type_Id is required for Invoice Interface.
