Shipping Transactions Form: Folder Tools, Unable to Select Actions in 'Configure Buttons' (Doc ID 344945.1)

Symptoms

When using folders in the Shipping Transaction Form for the purpose of making certain functions on the Lines tab
displayed and accessible by a button, an error is raised.

For example, you want the function "split line" to show as a button.
Select Folder Tools--> New Folder. 
Under the section CONFIGURE BUTTONS you see the 'Split Line' function in the list.
Attempting to check the DISPLAY box,  you get locked out and the following error message appears in the
lower left corner of the screen:

FRM-40200: Field is protected against update.



STEPS
1. Responsibility: OM Super User
2. Navigation: Shipping -- Transactions
3. Click on Folder Tools from the menu then click New Folder
