Symptoms
On 11.5.9 in Production:
When attempting to add Price List Lines using the API QP_Price_List_PUB.Process_Price_List the
Line gets inserted but the Attributes insert fails ending with the error
ERROR
ORA-01426: numeric overflow in Package QP_LIST_HEADERS_PVT Procedure Process_Price_List.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
From the SQL*Plus run the API QP_Price_List_PUB.Process_Price_List the Line
