Symptoms
The customer submits a concurrent request to the "noprint" printer and unsuccessfully attempts to reprint the same request on a different printer:
"Reprint does not correctly print the output when the original request “Print to” option is set to NOPRINT with zero copies in our 11.5.10 instances. In this case, the Reprint request completes with a NORMAL status. The output is sent to the printer where only part of the header on the first page only is printed."
