Symptoms

Cannot end-date a modifier line due to the following error message.

ERROR
OE_LOCK_ROW_CHANGED


STEPS

1. Responsibility: Oracle Pricing Manager
2. Navigate to: Modifier > Modifier Setup
3. Query Modifier
4. Add an end date and save.
     Error is shown: OE_LOCK_ROW_CHANGED
