POXPOEPO: Purchase Order Approve Button Errs With: This Record Cannot Be Reserved For Update (Doc ID 353107.1)

Symptoms

When clicking on the Approve button in POXPOEPO.fmb the following error is returned:

    "This record cannot be reserved for update. It has already been reserved by another user" .

The Approve button can NOT be opened.

Additionally when clicking on the Action History the following error is returned:

  'APP-PO-14288: This document is either incomplete or you do not have access to it or there is no action history.'

The user did choose the Reserve button when they submitted the document for Approval originally.
