Symptoms

On 11.5.10:
When attempting to generate draft revenue for a single project (PARGDR PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for a Single Project),
the following error occurs:

ERROR
Using standard labor bill rate schedule...
Current system time is 20-JAN-2006 17:14:16
Cursor 16: ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row

...error during distributing for project.
...rolling back transaction.
...Leaving pardfp()

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will by re-running the process for the same project.
