OEXOEBSO - Blanket Sales Agreement Not Updated Released & Fulfilled Amounts

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The "Released" and "Fulfilled Amounts" do not display in the Blanket Sales Order Organizer. A sales order was released, the line was shipped and ready for invoicing, yet the BSA form has not yet been updated with this information.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. For 11i: Order Management Super User > Blanket Sales Agreement > Enter BSA.
For R12: Order Management Super User > Blanket Sales Agreements > Sales Agreements > Enter Sales Agreement
2. Actions > Create Release
3. On the Release (sales order), ship and close the line.
4. Go back to the Blanket Sales Agreement Organizer > Fulfillment Tab
5. See that Released Amount and Fulfilled Amount are blank
