Symptoms
When attempting to define a new qualifier to a price list, the selection of the value from field
for the Buying Groups does not return any values the following error occurs.
ERROR
FRM-41830 List of Values contains no values
STEPS
1. Via Oracle Pricing Manager Responsibility
2. Navigate Price List, Price List Setup
3. Query the price list name = XX-Grown
4. Click on the Qualifier tab
