Symptoms
Standard Manager cannot allocate the number of target processes.
Only 2 or 3 processes are up. There should be 26.
Concurrent requests stay in pending and the request queue is getting bigger.
Concurrent managers successfully start.
The following error is seen in the internal concurrent manager log file
ERROR
Routine AFPGRQ encountered an ORACLE error.
ORA-01455: converting column overflows integer datatype
