Symptoms
Pick Release is ending in error for configured items and the Pick Slip report does not get generated. The line goes to 'Released to Warehouse' status in Shipping.

Error occurred in INV_Pick_Wave_Pick_Confirm_PUB.Pick_Confirm
Unexpected error. Exiting
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. For a given Inventory Organization check the Auto Allocate and Auto create delivery flags on the Shipping parameters window.
2. For the same Inventory Org, the Pick Confirmation Required flag and the Auto Allocate Serial Number are not checked on the Organization parameters.
