Symptoms

Unable to run the Oracle Scripting Author.

(N) Home/Launch Script Author

The Scripting Author fails to open and the Java Console shows one of the following errors:

 

n BuilderResourceBundle() constructor
ServiceResponse responded as ok
Builder.builderFrame == null creating a new one
java.lang.SecurityException: class "oracle.apps.fnd.common.ResourceStore"'s signer information does not match signer information of other classes in the same package
