Symptoms

When a release created against a blanket purchase orders is being received, the Pay On Receipt AutoInvoice program does not create an invoice. No error Is being generated. The involved Supplier Site has Pay On Receipt enabled.

Or if a standard PO was created before supplier was enabled for Pay On Receipt
