Symptoms
Concurrent request of type SQL*Plus is passing FND_GLOBAL.USER_ID incorrectly as -1 to its child programs.
This can be verified by submitting 'CP SQL*Plus Regression Test' program in FULL mode. The child requests run by this request will be submitted by 'ANONYMOUS' user.
Changes
Upgrade to 11.5.10 or 11.5.10 CU1
